Terms of use

The service

NVKTV helps hosts run karaoke parties using YouTube videos and guest song requests. You are responsible for activity in your account and parties, keeping host links private, and obtaining any permissions needed for your use of music, videos, uploaded photos and public performances. NVKTV does not grant music or performance licenses.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect your password. Do not submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or manipulate referral rewards. Uploaded photos and messages must be yours to use. Scores are for entertainment and are not a professional assessment of singing.

Free and paid access

Free accounts, verified accounts, session passes and subscriptions have different features, described on the Pro comparison page. A one-time pass unlocks one session and does not renew or transfer to a new party. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until canceled. Prices, currency and the final amount are shown before payment. See the cancellation and refund page for help.

Referrals

Both accounts must be verified. The referred friend must host a qualifying party while signed in. The displayed party requirements, monthly limit and identity checks apply. Rewards are non-cash session passes, cannot be turned into subscriptions, and are not awarded for self-referrals or duplicate identities.

Playback and availability

Video availability, embedding permissions, internet connectivity and browser playback/fullscreen restrictions can affect playback. Keep the playback screen open and interact with it when its browser requires permission. Service features may change; contact support about access or payment problems.
